SAME OUTFIT (obviously not the same size leggings) but same shirt & same cardigan! I had to wear an undershirt under the Aupair top! Because it didn’t fit properly!

117lbs down!

8 Week Challenge! When I went to camp this summer I put on 10 pounds by abusing my diet and not exercizing regularly. Since August i’m down 8 pounds and i’m 3 pounds away from the weight I was when I left for camp. For my height 5’3, 130-140 pounds is the reccomended weight for a healthy woman. Since being diagnosed with type 1 in 2010, my weight has only climbed. Pre-diagnosis I was 128 pounds and my goal is to get back down to that weight. To achieve this, i’m giving myself 8 weeks to get my health back in check and to work 10x harder during my workouts. In 4 weeks i’ll post a during picture to keep track of my progress. It’s all or nothing this time. Join me!
